Yakiniku Japanese BBQ Burger

Who doesn’t like burger and who doesn’t like Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ)? I’d say NOBODY!! (or not many people at least). So here it is, a Yakiniku Burger. Definitely an energy booster meal!

Ingredients (Servings 2)

  • Burger buns
  • 250g of thinly sliced beef
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 2-3 tablespoons of Yakiniku sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and cook the beef until brown, no longer pink.
  2. Add grated garlic and Yakiniku sauce. Mix well and cook until thickens.
  3. Toast the buns, place lettuce leaves, mayonnaise, and cooked beef on top.
  4. Enjoy your burger!

Notes

  • There are many different kinds of Yakiniku sauce. Garlic flavor, sweet flavor, soy sauce flavor etc. You and try different ones and find your favorite!
